Is the seat of my EasyWalker washable?
Both the seat and the sun canopy are
machine washable on cold with a mild
detergent and air dry. Make sure to remove
the plastic plates from the seat before
washing!
To what age can you use the EasyWalker?
EasyWalker strollers are rated for children
up to age four or five.
How long is the warranty period?
There is a one year limited warranty.

Where can I obtain service?
Please ask the shop owner or dealer for
service first. For complex issues, the
shop owner will contact our repair and

What is the black strap hanging
from the handlebar?
The strap is to put around your wrist
for extra security. We recommend always
using the wrist strap.
EasyWalker SKY
What are the dimensions and weight
of the EasyWalker SKY?
The length of the EasyWalker SKY is 45.3
in. with wheels and 29.5 in. without
wheels. The width is 25.6 in. with wheels
and 19.8 in. without wheels. The height
depends on the setting of the adjustable
handlebar and runs from 38.2 in. to 43.3
in. The EasyWalker SKY weighs 24 pounds
with shopping basket, seat and sun canopy.
The carry cot weighs 8.8 pounds.
What car seats can be used with
the EasyWalker SKY?
We currently have adapters available
for the Maxi Cosi Mico and the Graco
Snugride.
What is the maximum child height
and weight?
EasyWalker strollers are rated for children
up to four to five years old.
EasyWalker DUO
What are the dimensions and weight
of the EasyWalker DUO?
The EasyWalker DUO is only 29.5 inches
wide and fits through most standard doors.
The frame weighs 30 pounds, and the complete
buggy with wheels, seats and sun canopies
weighs 37 pounds. The buggy is 37 inches
from front to back, and a maximum of
45 inches high.
What car seats can be used with
the EasyWalker DUO?
The Maxi-Cosi Mico Carseat Adapters will
be available June 2009.
Is it possible to use two carseats
at the same time?
Yes, this is possible with the purchase
of two sets of adapters.
What is the maximum child weight?
EasyWalker strollers are rated for children
up to age four or five.
Can a carrycot and a car seat be
used at the same time?
It is technically possible, but we do
not recommend this as it wears out the
carrycot and has not been tested for
safety. We recommend using either two
buggy seats, a carrycot and a buggy seat,
a car seat and a buggy seat or two carrycots.
Can two carrycots be used at the
same time?
Yes, with the use of the long-tubes (included
with the stroller) two carrycots can
be used at the same time.
EasyWalker Classic
Are these parts still available?
Yes, though we are no longer actively
producing the Classic, we do have most
parts available. Please use the contact
form to send your request for a particular
part. Our service department will be
in contact with you as soon as possible.
I have an older model of the EasyWalker
Classic. Do the new accessories also
fit this one?
The current seat of the EasyWalker Classic
fits onto older Classic models without
any problems. However, the SKY accessories
cannot be used on the EasyWalker Classic.
My EasyWalker Classic is a few
years old and I would like to have
it completely checked. Is this possible?
The Classic is no longer being serviced
in the USA. Though you could send it
to the Netherlands for service, it would
be quite an expense for you. However,
should you have any concerns or you want
to send it for service, please feel free
to contact us via the contact form.
Is it possible to fit a swivel wheel
to my current EasyWalker Classic?
The available swivel wheel was made
for the frame with the rear brake. If
you have this version, yes. If not, in
theory you could; unfortunately the brake
on the front wheel would be deemed inoperable.
Use would be completely at your own risk.
It is, however, possible to fit a new
brake system to the rear wheel. The cost
would be about $150. If you have a frame
with an old front lock, this must also
be replaced (costs: $50). You must then
also fit a new footrestblock (costs:
$18) to allow the brake system to fit.
Can I buy a new carry cot for my
current EasyWalker Classic?
If the frame of your Classic is 39 cm
wide – measured from just above
the hinge on the outside of the tube – then
the Classic carry cot will fit onto the
frame. If the frame is smaller, it will
not fit.
I have two children and want to
take the oldest on the running board.
Is this possible?
Some baby specialists sell boards that
can be fitted to the Classic. However,
this is at your own risk. Experience
has shown that these boards are not always
equally safe. There is now an EasyWalker
board for the EasyWalker SKY, but it
will not fit onto the Classic due to
its size.
Which car seats fit the EasyWalker
Classic?
We have a special adapter for the Graco
Snug-Ride.
What are the dimensions and the
weight of the EasyWalker Classic?
The length of the EasyWalker SKY is
115 cm with wheels and 75 cm without
wheels. The width is 65 cm with wheels
and 50.5 cm without wheels. The height
depends on the setting of the adjustable
push bar and runs from 97 cm to 110 cm.
The EasyWalker SKY weighs nine kilos
with shopping basket, seat, sun canopy
and bumper bar. The carry cot weighs
4 kilos.
